About Order PaymentWhat forms of payment are accepted?
We currently accept major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard,
Discover and American Express, and EveryJewel.com gift certificates.
Can I use more than one credit card to pay for my web order?
No, currently we only accept one credit card number per web order.
How do I know when my order has been received?
Once your order has been received, you will receive a confirmation
email. This email confirms that we have received your order and it
includes your order number. Please keep this email for your records.
You will also receive an email that confirms that your order has
shipped. The arrival time of your order depends on the shipping
method selected, item selected, and your shipping location.
During the order and shipment process, when is my credit card
billed?
Your credit card is billed when your order is shipped.
Is it safe to use my credit card over the Internet?
We use the latest Internet security technology to protect your
credit card information. This technology is compatible with all Web

Alternate Shipping Address
If you prefer, we can ship your order to an address other than your
billing address.
Can I send someone gifts from EveryJewel.com?
Yes! Simply indicate the two addresses during the ordering process.
All items purchased are packaged in gift boxes and are ready for
gift giving.
How are estimated shipping dates calculated?
Our estimated shipping dates are based on several factors, including
your destination address and how quickly we can obtain and assemble
items for shipment (the "usually ships within" time listed on a
product's detail page),. The estimated shipping date is displayed on
the order form, just before you place your order.
Where is my order?
Every Jewel estimates shipment and delivery dates based on the
availability of the items you ordered and the shipping options you
selected. You will find both shipping and delivery date estimates in
the order summary.
If the order is past the estimated delivery date and you have not
received it, it may be lost. Please check your package tracking and
read through the following options:
• If the tracking information indicates the package has been
delivered, please check with your neighbors or family members.
Packages are occasionally left with neighbors, a building manager,
or are placed somewhere relatively safe such as your porch, garage,
or even behind bushes.
• If the tracking information indicates the package is being
returned to us, or if the address is incorrect, it may have been
undeliverable.
• If there is no tracking information, or you cannot locate the
package and it is not being returned as undeliverable, please
contact us. Please confirm the correct shipping address when writing
to us.

About ReturnsHow long will I have to wait for a refund?
Once we receive your return, your credit card account will be
credited for any payment you have made toward your purchase. The
credit will be made within 10 business days of receipt and
verification of the merchandise. Delivery charges are not refunded.
Please allow one monthly credit card billing cycle in order for your
credit to appear on your credit card statement.
What are the steps I need to take to return an item to
EveryJewel.com?
You must obtain a Return For Inspection (RFI) number prior to
returning any product to EveryJewel.com. For complete instructions
on returning a product to EveryJewel.com, please read the Returns

Are EveryJewel.com gift certificates refundable?
No. EveryJewel.com gift certificates are non-refundable.
Can I return an item I purchased with an EveryJewel.com gift
certificate?
Provided that the return meets our return guidelines, you can return
the item for a store credit. For more information concerning
returns, please read our Returns page.
Is there a restocking fee on any returned merchandise?
Only if the returned merchandise exceeds five (5) of the same item
or style number within a 30 calendar day period will the return be
subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Why must I obtain a Return For Inspection (RFI) number prior to
returning an item?
You must obtain an RFI number so that we can easily identify your
package when it is returned to our warehouse. Prompt identification
allows for expedited handling. Any package returned to our warehouse
that does not have an RFI number will not be accepted.

You can access the contents of your shopping bag for up to one year.
What does Backordered mean?
A backordered status means the item is not available for immediate
shipment. Most likely, we are waiting for the manufacturer to
deliver the item to us. You may order that item and it will be
shipped when it arrives in our warehouse. If you have a multi item
order, we will ship the in-stock items and maintain your open order
in our system. Once the back ordered item is available, it will
immediately be shipped out. Typically, a backordered item ships
within 2 or 3 weeks, however it truly depends on when we receive the
item from our manufacturer.
Are the product images on your site photographs of the actual
merchandise?
Yes, all of the product images on EveryJewel.com are images of our
actual merchandise.

Do you carry half sizes?
We do not carry half sizes on our site at this time. We recommend
purchasing a ring one size up from what you are. For instance if you
are a 6.5, we would recommend size 7. All rings fit differently
depending on the width of the band and style of the ring, so you may
find that you can wear a range of sizes.
Do you custom make jewelry?
At this time, we do not custom make any jewelry.
How are the “Compare At” Prices Determined?
Except where noted otherwise, the List Price displayed for products
on our website represents the full retail price listed on the
product itself, suggested by the manufacturer or supplier, or
estimated in accordance with standard industry practice.
How often does inventory change?
Certain classics never go out of style. At the same time, we are
always on the look out for the latest and hottest designs. We offer
them to you as soon as they become available. We receive new
arrivals each week and our site is updated daily so please check

Where does your jewelry come from?
We deal directly with a number of jewelry manufacturers in the U.S.
and around the world. Every Jewel selected them because of their
reputations for excellent design, quality workmanship and fair
pricing.
What is Rhodium?
Rhodium Plating is a coating that has a platinum look. It provides
protection for our sterling silver and white gold jewelry to help
prevent tarnish and surface scratches.
Can you suggest a good way to clean jewelry?
To clean jewelry with gold, platinum and most gemstones, make a
diluted solution of mild dishwashing liquid. Use 1 tablespoon to 2
cups of lukewarm water in a bowl. Loosen dirt by soaking jewelry in
a strainer for 10 to 20 minutes. Lightly and carefully use a soft
brush to work out dirt. Gently use a toothpick to reach into
crevices. Rinse with clean lukewarm water. If you rinse in a sink,
close the drain first.
Can I get a catalog of your product assortment sent to me?
You can only view the Every Jewel product assortment online in our
web store.
How Is the Jewelry Packaged
Each item is packaged in a complimentary rose-colored gift box. All
