We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. If for
any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase, you can return items within
thirty (30) days of the purchase date. Refunds for items returned will be
credited in the same form as the original payment type. If you are returning a
gift, you may make an exchange or request a store merchandise credit.
The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Please allow one monthly billing cycle in order for your credit to appear.
Merchandise must be in “new and unused condition” to be acceptable for refund or
exchange. All merchandise is visually inspected upon receipt for signs of wear
prior to the issuance of any refunds, exchanges or credits. "New and unused
condition" means that the jewelry has not been worn and there are no scratches,
marks, or blemishes, the item still has any original tags attached, and the item
is returned in its original box or packaging. We cannot accept a return of any
item with any indication that it has been used. After your return is reviewed by
our Quality Assurance Department, you will receive an e-mail notification
regarding your return or exchange.
All free gifts with purchase must be returned with products which are to be
refunded. Refunds are not granted to products which are not returned with the
free gift.
How to Prepare a Return:
To return an item to Every Jewel, follow our three step process.
Step 1: Request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number
Email Every Jewel Customer Service at Service@EveryJewel.com to obtain an RMA
number. We will not accept any returned merchandise without an RMA number.
Step 2: Package Your Return
Repackage the products in their original jewelry boxes and bags and place them along with the packing list back in the shipping box. Cover or remove the original shipping label. Seal your return package securely with tape.
Step 3: Ship Your Package
Ship your return prepaid and insured for the full purchase to Every Jewel by a
carrier that offers package tracking such as United Parcel Service (UPS) or
Federal Express. Be sure to request a return receipt for confirmation that your
shipment has reached its destination.
Terms and Conditions:
EveryJewel.com is not responsible for returned merchandise not received by Every
Jewel or that is not returned in accordance with these terms. Please contact our
Customer Service Jewel Department via email at
Service@EveryJewel.com if you have any questions or concerns.
* If you receive damaged or incorrect merchandise, contact our Customer Service
Jewel Department via email at
Service@EveryJewel.com no later than 5 business days after receipt. On a
case-by-case basis, we will cover shipping charges upon our receipt of the
defective or incorrect merchandise.
* There is a $3.95 shipping and handling fee for exchanges of the same style
item. This fee will be charged to your credit card. Exchanges will be made only
if the returned items are in their original undamaged condition. |
