Shipping Options and Rates
Shipping costs for orders from EveryJewel.com depend upon the weight of the
package, the shipping method, and the destination. You can view and select
shipping options for your order during the checkout process. The following table
displays the average costs for different shipping methods.

Orders ship out from EveryJewel.com within 1-2 business
days.
Tracking Your Order
You will receive an email notification the day your order has been shipped with
a confirmation of shipment and a tracking number. You can use this number to
track your shipment on USPS.com. You may also track your order by visiting
EveryJewel.com and selecting the Order Tracking link at the top of the page, or
by logging into your account and then selecting the Track Your Order link under
“Account Options” on the Your Account page.
In the event your order cannot be shipped you will be contacted immediately by
e-mail and informed the reason for the delay.
Terms and Policies
• For Security reasons, EveryJewel.com ships to street addresses only, and not
to PO Boxes or similar addresses.
• All orders will be shipped pending credit approval. Customer support may
contact customers for additional information as required.
• Your credit card will not be charged until the order has been shipped.
• All shipping charges will apply when an item is returned.
• Shipping charges do not include brokerage fees, duties, or taxes. Taxes and
duties may also be charged on exchange shipments. Contact your local customs
office to request the details of these charges. If you decide to refuse any
shipments from EveryJewel.com, you are responsible for the original shipping
costs to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the
package, and the cost of returning the package to EveryJewel.com. This amount
will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
• Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier
returns an undeliverable package to us, we issue a full refund (including
shipping charges). We are unable to re-ship orders that are returned to us as
undeliverable.
